Refund policy

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened pens can be returned only if they arrived faulty.

How to start a return

Write to magiallc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 24-48 hours with the return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, dried out or different from what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace it for free. You don't need to send it back.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for faulty or wrong items. Original shipping costs and Shipping Protection are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
