Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Rates and delivery times

• Standard: $4.95, 7-12 business days
• Free Standard shipping on orders over $50
• Express: $9.95, 5-8 business days

Delivery times start from the shipping date and are estimates provided by the carrier. Peak seasons and customs checks can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with the tracking link. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show the first update.

Customs and duties

Orders to the United States are delivered without extra fees. For other countries, local import taxes or duties may apply and are paid by the customer.

Wrong address, lost or damaged packages

Please double-check your address at checkout: we can change it only before the order ships. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, write to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped free of charge.
